The Annual Chamber Banquet is held annually at the beginning of each year to recognize some outstanding businesses/individuals for the year prior. This is a catered event held at the C.C. McCray City Auditorium and a silent auction is held as well. All awards are nominated by Chamber members prior to the event.

Annually, the Chamber features a Taste of the Chamber event to honor our members’ culinary skills and some awards for service to our community. At this event, the attendees of the event will go around sampling some of Waycross’ finest foods and then they will vote on food and presentation at the event.

The Pre- and Post-Legislative Forum provides an opportunity for businesses, organizations, and individuals to bring topics before our local state legislators before and after the next session of the Georgia State legislature. Legislators give the audience an update of the things they hope to accomplish or have accomplished as individual legislators and a collectively as a State. The Pre Legislative forum generally takes place in the Spring and the Post Legislative forum takes place in the Fall. Both forums are open to the public.

The Waycross – Ware County Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce we will be continuing the fun this year with the SwampTown Scarecrows. This event will enhance the community, create positive public relations, increase business revenue, and boost tourism in our area. You do not want to miss out on being a part of this fun event as anticipation begins!
Pumpkin Fest is held the Thursday before Halloween every year in Downtown Waycross. This is a community wide event. We have businesses that set up games alongside the streets. There are also costume contests, pumpkin carving contests and concessions at this event.

The Waycross - Ware County Christmas Festival is an addition to the Parade this year. We will be hosting an all day festival leading up to the parade this year.
The Waycross – Ware County Christmas Parade is a community wide annual event. The theme this year is "Christmas Around the World" for our participants to decorate their float to win cash prizes.
The Waycross – Ware County Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce we will be continuing the holiday festivities by adding on a Christmas window decorating contest, Walking in a Window Wonderland. This event will enhance the community, create positive public relations, increase business revenue, and boost tourism in our area.
